The past year has been a tough one and many can agree with us that we survived 2020 by Grace. We normally use the first week of the year to gather energy and momentum for the year ahead and we apologize that you did not hear from us during this past week. We are back now, with renewed energy to soldier on into 2021, and we hope you are too.
Last year we focused more on self-development and motivation articles but through the feedback, we have been receiving from you guys many requested that we venture more into mental health articles this year, and considering the covid pandemic and challenges we are facing globally at the moment, we think the time couldn’t be any better. In 2021 we will therefore be focusing more on mental health.

Otherwise, how are you all doing? We hope you are all keeping safe! Although the year has started on somewhat of a rocky note and we don’t know what it holds for us but as long as we have the great privilege to still breathe, even though through the masks, let us remain hopeful!
