So I am going to share with you one of my therapeutic remedies as part of my mental health exercises.
WATER!
I go outdoors, besides a water reservoir, be it an ocean, a river, or just a water pond, I find water to be very therapeutic.
I dress comfortably and walk barefooted on the grass or sand or I can even be seated just listening to the movement of the water, laid back or lying with my eyes closed, breathing in the fresh air, and enjoying nature.
